Lodging at Oak Ridge

Standard Rooms

The standard rooms at Oak Ridge have two double beds, microwave, mini-fridge and DirecTv satellite programming on a 32” flat screen TV. All rooms have electrical outlets outside the door to plug in your boat charger. Mini-split air conditioners provide the coldest air available! K-cup coffee makers and supplies are provided in each room.

Queen Rooms

The Queen rooms are larger rooms that offer two Queen beds and either a twin bed or a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Queen rooms also offer microwaves, mini-fridge and DirecTv programming. All rooms have electrical outlets outside the door to plug in your boat charger. Coffee pots are available on request.

Rates

Oak Ridge publishes both in-season and off-season rates for lodging. In-season rates runs from February 15 to November 15. Off-season rates are available from November 15 to February 15. All room rates are double occupancy; add $5 for each additional guest. Contact Oak Ridge for groups that are larger or smaller than that.

In-Season Rates (Feb 15 to Nov 14):

Standard Rooms: $89/night + tax Queen Rooms: $99/night + tax

Off-Season Rates (Nov 15 to Feb 14):

Standard Rooms: $79/night + tax Queen Rooms: $89/night + tax

Policies

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings on the Oak Ridge property. For our motel guests that smoke, we offer a place to sit and ash trays outside of each motel room.

Pets

Pets are allowed at Oak Ridge only with advance notice and approval. A one-time cleaning fee of $20 applies per visit, regardless of the number of nights stayed.

Guarantee

We require a credit card to make a reservation. We do not charge anything to your card unless you cancel within the cancellation window, leave without paying your bill or cause damage to the room. Otherwise, you will be able to pay for your room at the time of your stay using whatever form of accepted payment that you prefer.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the booking rate plus taxes. We are not responsible for acts of God or acts of guides.
