ANNUAL LEASE RV SITES

Oak Ridge offers waterfront and internal annual lease RV sites, subject to

availability.

Annual lease RV sites include water, septic and garbage. Each RV tenant is

responsible for setting up their own electrical account with Wood County Electric

Co-op for which they will be billed directly by WCEC.

NOTE: All annual lease sites are located on Sabine River Authority leaseback.

This means that these sites are subject to SRA rules and regulations which state

that these sites may not be used for permanent residence.
